We have available for sale a complete Crankshaft Production Line
for the manufacture of a 6-throw, split pin crankshaft. The crankshaft
is undercut and fillet rolled. The line was designed for a production volume
of 90,000 crankshafts per annum. The crankshaft was produced in 2
different sizes, 2.0L & 2.5L, for a 6-cylinder gasoline engine.
The machines are highly flexible in design and can economically be
re-tooled for a new part. The line was installed in 1999.
Many of the machines are CNC Controlled. The line can be run as fully automated
with the parts being transferred automatically from machine to machine by
overhead automatic parts loaders or by manual loading with the use of jib hoists
at each operation.

The line has been maintained to a very high standard and is in excellent condition.
The line has only produced 230,000 crankshafts total lifetime production. The machines
are in "NEAR NEW" condition. The line will include a full set of machine
documentation, tooling, and spare parts as currently available from stock.

We invite you to inspect the line fully assembled in the plant where
the machines were being used.

The line uses the latest technologies with CNC Horizontal Machining Centers,
Turn Turn Broaching, Orbital Pin Chasing CBN Grinding. The machines were
manufactured by Heller, Landis, Hegenscheidt, and Schenck.
