General Operation:
This was an overhead monorail type continuous electrostatic coating line with two application spray booths followed by a curing chamber. Parts were loaded onto an overhead monorail conveyor system an
are processed automatically. Guns are located on the front side across from the work as it passes thru the booths. Once booth sprays the front side, the other sprays the back side of the work. The s
ray cycle is programmable with the actual spraying operation triggered by trip type devices during the spray cycle.

Booths: (2) Binks Water-wash backdrop spray booths type Electrostatic booths located on both sides & opposite to the work flow. Each booth is Approx 96" in length. The spray chamber itself consists
f overhead exhaust units, the automatic gun units w/power supplies. There are (6) Nordson Type AN-9 series guns total, (4) Waggler gun mounts - oscillator units, gun mounting stands, automatic paint
elivery devices, control gauges, Programmable controller units & encoders, photo cells triggering devices, paint heater units, back pressure regulators, air filters and regulators, electrostatic powe
units, water-fall pumping units, 2-30 gallon coating reservoirs, etc.
