The line consists of a power & free overhead monorail conveyor system, work load-bars, pre-treatment washer, dry-off oven and an in-line Cure oven chamber.
NOTE: They system originally contained a large environmental room with (3) in-line automatic powder booths – none of this equipment is available or included in this line.

Washer - Pre-treatment System: 6-stage, in line – all SST construction (304 type) – approx 180’ OAL
Washer tunnel: 90” W x 12’0”H above tanks, Drain-backs throughout, dwell times below based on 15 FPM:
Stage #1: Heated Alk pre-wash (140F) 4000 gal, 60 seconds, 330 nozzles
Stage #2: Heated Alk Wash (140F) 6000 gal, 90 seconds, 506 nozzles
Stage #3: Ambient Rinse, 2000 gal, 40 seconds, 220 nozzles
Stage #4: Heated Iron Phos soak, (120F), 4000 gal, 120 seconds, 330 nozzles
Stage #5: Ambient Rinse, 2000 gal, 40 seconds, 220 nozzles
Stage #6: Final Ambient Rinse, 2000 Gal, 40 seconds, 220 nozzles
All PVC and adjustable poly nozzles and risers used throughout, vertical gusher pumps, tank skimmers & drains

Dry-off Oven: ‘L’ configuration: 50’L 72’L – Gas fired, convection – recirculated Hot air
