ITEM 1) PRO-ECO COIL STORAGE SADDLES

The saddles store one (1) coil ahead of an uncoiler
Twin "V" shaped saddles support the coil from the outside diameter

ITEM 2) PRO-ECO PIT TYPE COIL LOADING CAR

The coil car removes coils from storage saddles and loads them onto an

uncoiler
"V" shaped saddle is elevated by hydraulic cylinder and supports the coil from

the outside diameter
Saddle is mounted on a traversing cart with flanged wheels driven by hydraulic

gearmotor

ITEM 3) PRO-ECO DUAL CONE UNCOILER WITH WATER COOLED BRAKES

The uncoiler grips, feeds, and maintains back tension on a coil in process
Dual housings with steel cones keyed to main shafts riding in precision

bearings
Housings are positioned by hydraulic cylinders on welded steel sub-bases
Water-cooled brakes are back driven by the main shafts to maintain tension

ITEM 4) PRO-ECO HEAVY GAUGE ENTRY UNIT W/ HOLD-DOWN ROLL, PEELER, PINCH ROLLS

& FIVE ROLL FLATTENER

The heavy gauge entry unit feeds material, removes coil set, and loosens scale

on hot rolled material
Pivoting hold-down roll secures material on an uncoiler
Pivoting and telescoping peeler assists feeding material
Pinch rolls assist feeding material and are driven by the main flattener drive
Flattener penetration is positioned by cross-coupled screw jacks
Flattener motor and gearbox are included.

ITEM 5) BUTECH HIGH-SPEED HYDRAULIC SHEAR WITH SELF-CONTAINED PUMP

The high-speed hydraulic shear crops off the unwanted leading edges of a coil
Single rake upper ram is positioned by hydraulic cylinders and is equalized by

rack and pinion
"Auto Gap Control" mechanism automatically sets knife clearance each time a

cut is made
Hydraulic power is supplied to the shear by a dedicated, self-contained

pumping unit
