Cylindrical Stainless Steel Vacuum Chamber 2’ x 4’ & Stand
This listing is for a used Stainless Steel Vacuum Chamber with hinged doors on both ends. The main chamber is 23 3/4” ID by 48” long.
Has 6” ASA pomp port off the back. 7 view ports (three 12 ¼” OD x 9” ID, two 10” x 7 ½” on the front, and two 10” x 6” angled view ports on the back of th
chamber). 13 ½” port on the bottom that the rotation feed though was attached. 9 ¾” electrical feed though on the back side. A 17” port on top with three ports about 5”
each. One of the 5” ports has a high voltage device leading into the chamber. A 14 x 17” table on liner rails that moves side to side. Looks like there was a motor drive that moved the tabl
. Three small ports for gas or probes. All ports use o-rings, and the view ports used ¼” glass (three glass window are missing).
Chamber and stand are 72” high x 113” wide with the doors open.
