DESCRIPTION:

Ever need to bend a piece of sheet metal that was reallu
long, but had to do it in two piece just to make the job
work? You would not have to do that if you had the
HB-15722 from Baileigh Industrial. This sheet metal folder
will accept sheets of 22 guage mild steel up to 13' in
length. Imagine a straight brake that long and the
possibilities it could open up to your shop.

In order to handle material of that length and get it to
ben perfectly, the HB-15722 has been made strong.
This includes fully welded steel plate construction for
rigidity and top quality cast components for the clamping
and bending components. The frame on the HB-15722 is fully
welded with supports, this allows for the extra length
without twisting or misalignment. Using cast components
that are machined for tight tolerances helps keep the cost
down as well. Every thing on this sheet metal bender has
been reinforced to provide years of service.

A heavy duty stand, material stop rod and two large counter
bending weights to help the operator bend at full capacity
are also part of this sheet metal bender.
