FROM BROCHURE:
The Eagle CPS20 machine is a hydraulic initial pinch
universal roll bending machine with all three rolls driven,
designed primarily for one pass rolling. It is an excellent
choice for production settings and coiling operations.
CPS Series Roll Benders have the hydraulic powered lower
left bending roll moving upward toward the top roll to
create the radius. This maintains in-feed material stock
parallel to the shop floor for reduced material handling and
enhanced safety.
CPS benders feature a standard universal roll set with 18
components, manufactured from hardened tool steel to bend
most all standard profiles the day your machine arrives.
Rolls set-up fast and easy, rapidly fitting onto 1.38 inch
OD hardened steel shafts journaled in dual tapered high
dynamic load roller bearings.
