Bar Feed is Designed with Level Storage on Top and an
Incline Ramp to Feed Bars to Moving Chain. The Chain
Moves the Bar Forward to Make Contact with the Feed
Rolls on the Impact Cut-Off.

Positive Stop:

The Positive Stop Assembly Controls the Length of
Cut. It is Infinitely Adjustable Up to the Cut
Length of 60" Maximum Length. The Bar is Fed with
the Feed Rolls thru the Cut-Off Dies until it
Makes Contact with the Positive Stop Target
which Triggers the Cut. The Positive Stop Target
then Moves Up & Out of the Way of the Cut Piece
so it can Drop Down the Exit Chute.

Roll Feed:

(2) 7" Diameter Bronze Rolls Each Powered by its Own
Hydraulic Motor to Take the Bars from the Bar Feed &
Feed them thru the Dies to the Positive Stop Target
to Trigger the Cut.

Hydraulic Power Unit:

The Roll Feed Motors are Powered by a Jamtek
Enterprises Variable Speed Hydraulic Power Unit
Driven by a 5 HP, 1735 RPM Motor Mounted in the
Base of the Machine. The Speed is Adjusted by the
Operator Utilizing a Flow Ctr. Knob Located Next to
the Feed Rolls.
